tim fulford is the best real estate agent in the universe. after over a year of looking, i'm in my dream home, far from toronto. tim has been with me from the beginning of my search, teaching, guiding, and offering feedback. he's a consummate professional, with over 30 years experience in the real estate business, and it shows. for example: i got a home inspection for the home i ended up buying, but i didn't really need one. it didn't uncover much that tim didn't find during our initial viewing. tim did this for every house we went to go look at. it felt like cheating having him with me to go look at houses. he identified a home that had a cracked foundation moments after walking in. sure, i would have found this flaw out eventually, and passed on the house, but because i had tim, my time and the cost of an inspection were spared. tim is friendly, personable, and professional. in the last week before closing, my lender decided to become a trivia jerk, and tim offered level-headed advice and suggested solutions that ultimately got the deal done. everyone in this industry knows tim by reputation, and that advantage will help you no matter what kind of real estate transaction you are involved in. thanks tim, -ivan

Tim Fulford's unprofessional conduct included him telling me to "screw you" and telling me to "keep my kind in the city with the rest of the scum". (All in email btw.) All this because I told him I had engaged another agent as I did not feel he had represented a property accurately to me. He said I had "wasted 3 of his days". He was belligerent and exceedingly unprofessional.
