Ensuite elle envoie les infos conernant les propriétés désirées que tu peux trouver sur centris Et Quand elle fait un effort pour chercher, elle envoie des propriétés qui n ont pas rapport avec le type de propriété qui t interesse. Alors qu un bien vu sur centris m intressait, l etape suivante etait la visite qu elle a cédulée la veille de la présentation de l offre d achat sachant qu'il y avait assez de temps avant et pas d autres visites de prevues. Et si t as des questions par rapport aux coût des travaux à faire, ce n est pas la bonne personne à qui demander l avis car enfin de compte ça risque de te couter le triple de son estimation avec d autres surprises qu'une personne avec une telle experience dans le domaine ne devrait passer à côté Apres l offre d achat et inspection, elle promet le suivi des travaux chose qui n a jamais été faite, même quand tu penses negocier des affaires avec la propriétaire, elle a les reponses deja prêtes, c est elle qui répond à sa place quand tu demandes des preuves de réponse , il y en pas. On demande une visite avant de passer chez le notaire. La réponse est : on n a plus la clé, on s est retrouvé avec les anciens proprios pour ramasser après le passage chez le notaire ( 1h 30 après )et on a trouvé des dégâts à la maison. Devant le notaire (son binôme: Sylvie Boudreau) promet d envoyer quelqu'un pour finaliser des travaux, elle t envoie jamais personne Quand elle se présente chez le notaire c est avec froideur, quand elle ramasse sa cagnote t entends plus parler d elle. Quand tu la croises par hasard à l'extérieur(Chantal), je pense la moindre des choses c est demander si t es bien dans ton nouveau chez toi? mais malheureusement avec tout professionnalisme elle vire de bord puis change de direction Quand on fait confiance en un agent immobilier on s attend à avoir des conseils et surtout se faire guider et accompagner à faire le bon choix Et bien malheureusement ce n etait pas la bonne personne Je vais plus faire à faire avec Remax et je le recommanderai pas a mes amis et mes proches , le monde est trop petit
