We were very excited to stay in this cabin in the month of August 2020. We booked in early 2020, before the pandemic hit. It became clear in June that this trip was no longer feasible - the borders were closed, employers were requiring employees to not travel internationally, and our group included elderly, vulnerable people. We therefore decided to cancel early on in June, knowing that the dates we had booked would surely be booked by another group. Although I do believe that a $75 cancellation fee is very reasonable in normal circumstances, I asked for a full refund giving the extenuating circumstances. Unfortunately, we were not given a full refund. The hosts were very responsive and kind people, but I believe not providing a full refund in this case was quite unreasonable.
