Have to say Winnie and her team have been truly professional all the way since the beginning of the selling. For example, my basement apartment was damaged before the selling, she helped me a lot to redecorate it from finding the right contractors , electricians to arranging snow and garbage removal since I was not in the province at all. I did not have to worry about anything , by the time I realized, the deal was closed. Hands down, she’s the best!

House hunting remotely during a pandemic was no easy task, especially as an out of province resident, but Winnie made the entire experience stress free. Winnie did an exceptional job and provided outstanding service during every step of the house hunting process. Winnie Lei and her team are the best I have worked ever, and I am positive they can easily be one of if not the most professional and diligent teams in the entire City of St. John's or even a greater scope. In our recent sale, we had to work with the team remotely having relocated to another province early. Our transaction was further complicated by an awful picky buyer couple, with endless requests for even the tiniest things, while Winnie and team coordinated all efforts to address the demanding buyers. On the closing day, the buyers eventually bailed out and we lost the sale!! (My own lawyer was only interested in charging us for the minimal service.) Winnie and team quickly put the property back on the market, and after a few weeks of patience, we were able to sell the property at a higher price than the previous offer. As with many other professions, the quality of an individual or team will shine only when being challenged, and this is exactly what we experienced.
