The purchase of my house was difficult, COVID, time issues and funding presented a problem. No matter the issue Mr. Ellsworth Penny handled it calmly and professionally. The issues were out of his control but he went beyond the call of duty and helped in what ever way possible. He calmed the seller down and was able to get the deal to close. It came so many times to the point where the seller was going to haul out and not sell. Mr. Penny was able to reassure the seller that I was serious about the purchase and all issues were to do with COVID and was out of our control. Mr. Penny is now my realtor and I would refer anyone looking for a reliable and dedicated realtor to use him.
