Very poor service. They take too long to get things fix. They don't know how to take thing top priority. The backyard sliding door is broke. They been told by many guys that they need to get a new door. They refuse to and just put a bar to lock the door. You will have a hard time getting things fixed. Very poor job.

Burke realty has been managing our rental property for nearly 10 years. They have been invaluable to us. Burke has secured quality tenants consistently (only two vacant months in 10 years), addressed all maintenance issues in a timely manner and kept excellent records of financials. We claimed non-resident status for several years while working out of Canada and they took care of all the monthly CRA requirements. Recently, Burke listed and sold one of our properties. The house sold quickly and very close to our asking price dispite a buyers market. We recommend Burke Realty without hesitation.
