WOW. Carlos is fantastic, my wife and I have bought and sold a few homes now throughout Canada due to our jobs. We have never had a better realtor then Carlos. During our 7 days here to find a home, Carlos was always on time and had all the homes we would look at organized and back history packages ready for us. After offering on a home, we had a bit of a hiccup with the other realtor, Carlos dealt with the issue and fought for what was right and ensured we got what we needed and deserved. There is NO ONE ELSE I would use to buy or sell a home in the Edmonton area. I now not only consider Carlos a friend but family as well.

We recently used Rhea Frank to buy our most recent income property. We are new the in rental property game and to keep costs down we plan to self manage the first 3-5 properties ourselves. Rhea’s hands on knowledge with her past property management experience was absolutely vital not only in our confidence to move forward with the closing but more so, in the actionable and timely advice in finding a good tenant and the systems needed to find them, creative agreements to expedite an eviction and the do’s and don’t’s along the way, and so much more in what seems like every other day! All of this was well after closing with no financial incentive to give a care! Yet she consistently proves she has many more Eff’s to give. As mentioned this is all above and beyond what you could hope to expect from an expert agent! As an agent she always had all the comps in the neighbourhood and always came prepared for every showing knowing the neighbourhoods expected estimated rental rates and associated costs (Insurance, prop Tax, High, Median and Low rent rates, etc for all of our property price evaluations). Rhea would even know where that quaint coffee shop you didn’t notice is at, the closet playground or the tall tell sign of a crumby neighbour two houses away. She even willingly became “Auntie Rhea” when the fussy baby baby needed a babysitter while we looked over the rest of the property (thank you for stepping up!). During showings I was always impressed with the information she could extract from the tenants with her bubbly demeanour. The value on the back end of the deal has been beyond measure. Our personal experience involved purchasing a 2 unit duplex. We now have a great family settled in the basement within the 1st month of ownership and finally have the new older couple moved in upstairs after a hard month with an exceptionally difficult tenant in the middle of their lease at closing. We creatively renegotiated terms, not without hassles and some stress, I would be lying if I said the month was easy peasy, however, it was not impossible and I truly feel as though my wife and I have Rhea to thank for that. If your looking for a personal property or a rental just the same, I will guarantee you this, Rhea “the friggin” Frank knows her $h!t. Thank you for absolutely everything Rhea, Min and I cannot wait to work with you again & hopefully very soon!
