So happy with our purchase of a condo/townhouse through Wally at Top Edmonton Real Estate. I had signed up for emails with him, and finally received an email that "ticked all our important boxes". I contacted Wally and he was able to meet me the next day to view the property. Wally helped us make the decision as to our offer and helped through out the negotiations. We had a hiccup with our bank and Wally was able to recommend a broker with whom we found to be easy to work with and ended up getting a better rate than we would have through our bank. We have had several follow up emails from him asking if we need anything two weeks after our possession date. Over all I would recommend Wally and Top Edmonton Real Estate to anyone looking to buy or looking to sell a home, they are truly professionals!

Worse realtor I dealt with!If I could give him less than a star I totally would ,he acted as a realtor for the buyer and the seller and after we closed the deal he failed to provide the documentation requested ,he is threatening to sue after that for bothering him ,he supposed to serve the people who pays him but instead is hiding and lying to his costumers!stay away from him,is just a crook!!

He was able to find me a new home within 3 days, which I called home till August 2020. In 2006 my wife and I were moving from Ft. McMurray, to Edmonton. During that period the housing market was very hot. Multiple offers,houses sold before the listings were published on the MLS. Wally really worked hard for us over a period of several weeks. Prior to us coming into Edmonton on two different occaisons he would have researched the market through his contacts, and the day we would arrive into town he had scheduled a list of homes for us to view. The day we decided to make an offer on a home, subsequently someone else was making an offer. With his negotiating abilities he was able to close the deal for us.
