The Good Real Estate Company is awesome! I've had the opportunity to connect with both Ben Loates and Matthew Erickson and have seen that both are great realtors! You can see how much they enjoy working for The Good Real Estate company! If Matt and Ben are any indication of what is going on here then this place is clearly awesome! I would not hesitate to use either Matt or Ben to help me find my first home!

Buying or selling a home can be so overwhelming. Rob helped us with both buying and selling our homes - he went above and beyond in customer service, took the time to clearly explain the process, the approach, how to stage our home, and all the legalities of the purchase and sale. Our situation was somewhat urgent and rushed and he was there for us every step of the way. His knowledge and expertise were absolutely invaluable to us - he really wowed us with his service and how easy he made the entire process.

Do NOT rent with their company. Run far far away from their listings unless you want no communication and to get your money stolen without cause. Easily the most unprofessional and unorganized real estate company that i have ever had the displeasure of dealing with.

I Would NOT recommend this company to anyone. The most unprofessional, lazy and app reliant company. Our agent caused enormous amounts of stress for no reason, offereing no solutions to problems and actually created many by sitting back and refusing to make an effort. Our deal was closed by a text and not a handshake. Do yourself a favor and don't put your trust in this company.

Had surrenda as realtor on our home in leduc built by b&h homes both are complete liers and would never recommend either one to deal with . in the end builder walked away and we had to finish home .

I cant speak for the whole company, but I can speak for the experience I had with Jerry Dobri. The service I had truly did feel above and beyond. Jerry answered any questions I had in a very timely manner, and gave me a full walk through of the process from start to finish. Being a first time home buyer it was a little overwhelming at first but with the help and guidance from Jerry in terms of information, building inspectors, and real-estate lawyers it was all a breeze in the end. Highly recommend contacting Jerry for any property sales/purchases that you may need, you will not be disappointed!

My review is for Don Tomko. Don has been my realtor for the past 6 months. He sold my townhouse in a time a great uncertainty. Don is very professional and honest. He has helped me so much over the last 6 months to get my townhouse sold. Don stayed positive and even helped me to be positive when times were rough. He is a realtor that is always there to talk to you and answer any questions you have. Don makes his clients a priority and is willing to do so much to ensure his clients get a good outcome. I am very happy that I had Don as my realtor and would recommend him to anyone that needs to buy or sell a property. Don is very flexible with your schedule and gives great advice on how to get a property sold. Don is a very experienced realtor and you will never meet anyone that is so willing to work with you and understand what you need.
