I have even moved to (and then away) from Edmonton three times since university. I wish I had known about Craig and Kelly when I first bought in Edmonton; I would have saved so much grief. But what about them? Why are I writing this. To be honest even with all of my so called experience buying and selling homes across Canada my most recent sale was the first time I had actually interviewed several agents before making a decision. Fortunately Craig and Kelly were one of the teams interviewed. From our first meeting Craig and Kelly came across as extremely professional in their presentation and explanation of what they would provide, and what they would like to have from us. From there it was like dealing with friends. They kept us informed of feedback from all of the showings in a timely fashion, they made recommendations on things we could do, heck they even had an interior designer come in at no cost to us for staging. What was key was not only their teamwork but the way they leveraged their relationships with other agents in their office and in the area. It was truly the best experience I have had with a real estate agent. (In the past my wife has re-written what the selling agent had online, we have had to take our own photos, for one purchase the agent didn't inform us of key information in the sellers remarks). I even ran into Craig at an airport and was happy to see him and catch up on some St Albert information. I have recommended Craig and Kelly to anyone who has asked me about buying or selling a home in St Albert/Edmonton. And I will continue to do so.

We previously had used them to sell a location and when we put up our current house during a very trying time with COVID, they were professional and explained how selling during this time would be. They did an amazing job on our listing photo's and working with showings. I would recommend if you are looking for someone to list your place or needing a realtor to find you the right home these two i would highly recommend.
