We have used Calley Ericson as realtor for 2 transactions, for the purchase of a house and the sale of the other. We personally think that we were rushed and pushed in many ways rather then having a full understanding of what is going on. After those 2 transactions we understood that Calley is thinking only about his money, and pocket! For example, when buying a different house, Calley did not provided us with all the information that the other realtor would, and we are sure that he could negotiate a better price for us, which he did not!! He claims that he worked in construction, but he did not point the obvious things (damages) to us as a "professional"; why? maybe in fear that we will withdraw from transaction? Also, while selling the house, after only 1 week of placing the house on the market, Calley asked us to drop the price!! One week guys!! We did not lower the price, and the house was sold as we expected! We found another realtor that we are extremely happy with, and finally we understood the importance of having a great realtor. Do not waist your time and find a better one!
