They were able to sell our condo in 2 weeks, with excellent spread and marketing of our property. Great advice, creative marketing strategies like gathering local business coupons as open house "treats" and as a way to sell the neighbourhood. Kudos to Micheal Stante. With an empty condo it is hard to provide an image of what it could be.
