The ladies here have great customer service, always friendly, professional and helpful. I am not a client, but I have personally dealt with the front desk girl, Jamie, to help clients obtain tenant insurance, and she always gives me accurate details in a quick manner. Jamie is an asset to this company and I really enjoy working with her. My clients always have great things to say about the staff as well, and tell me how easy they make it for them to set up tenant insurance.

your website is terrible.. you list a house and post a picture of a window ? so you have to click the details to see what the window is attached to. wastes a lot of time and quickly went to another site.

Chelsea has been AMAZING! When she showed us 3 or four places in one day then we decided we wanted to see another one first before we made a decision she did so quickly and happily! When we moved into the place we chose there were some issues and they were rectified very quickly by quite a few of the ladies in the office, they were all on it immediately and had it dealt with right away! We have had an amazing experience with Chelsea and Royal LePage! I am going to assume that all the other reviews on here that are not favorable are from people that either caused damage or didn't pay rent lol. Cause Royal LePage has been awesome for us!

I would have to recommend Brooke Funk as your Realtor for Commercial or Residential. She is knowledgeable, friendly, and hard working for your real estate needs. You should have a coffee (post lockdown) with her when you are considering Realtors.

Very poor service wouldn’t recommend, realtor didn’t show up to appointments, called multiple times to say I wasn’t approved then was then wasn’t again, all while I was at work and had said I couldn’t talk.

They're ripping people off with their damage deposits. We sent our report in but they still charged us for the damages that were there from the previous renters. No honesty. Be aware when renting with them.

Used as a property manager in the past don’t no more . They will get your house rented quick but do not really do good screening . Lots of made up charges for questionable work from companies clearly owned by the management company wooden shoes . Some major conflicts of interest going on . Real maintenance item are ignored for the easy bandaid ones they can make money at . Questionable double bills lots of staff that don’t know what there doing . Lots of missing damage deposits which the tenants or owners are clearly are not getting based on their reviews . You basically have to manage the property manager which is more of a pain than dealing with the tenant . Save yourself time and money , do it yourself . The main lady is great to deal with but her staff is not . Lot of billing to keep all the staff paid reguardless if it is needed .

Garbage place to rent. This angie character is a piece of work. Wouldnt ever rent from these guys again. Very disrespectful and VERY unprofessional. Especially angie. Rent was given a few days late and a couple hours later was emailed a 15 days eviction notice. And harrassed with notices on front door for viewings when nobody shows. They lie and dont really care about the renters. Just there next chunk of commission. I'd give this place a negative -5 if I could. TRASH!

This is the first time we have had to find an office space and we didn't have a clue where to start. Jordan Menzies made this experience for us super easy. He found us the perfect office space. He was efficent, knowledgeable and supportive. I highly recommend him and will definitely be using him in the future.

I don’t recommend renting from here, they’re very unorganized. They didn’t show up to one of the viewings I had scheduled until after the current tenant had showed me the place and answered any questions I had. As well as they cancelled another viewing half an hour before the scheduled time, not impressed.

I would never recommend any of our friends or family to use Royal Lepage. They are very disorganized to our understanding, not helpful when you need something fixed & when something does happen under their management it takes 7calls and a final frustrating email just to get through to get something fixed in one of their locations. We will not be using or living under royal lepage after our contract is up. It’s been especially upsetting and frustrating for me as having our fridge broken since we moved in ruined hundreds of dollars of food and was a lot to deal with 9 months pregnant. They are our apartments property manager, we have been moved in for a month and a half. Since we’ve lived here, our fridge has been broken and we’ve called in every single week to get it fixed until finally it was fixed today after a long email to our broker getting frustrated. To get it fixed, we had to have our fridge defrosted so they told us they’d bring in another fridge for us to use, they bring us a mini fridge for us to put ALL our food in. Not happening. I get another fridge brought in so our food doesn’t go bad (our food had been going bad for the past month and a half from freezer burn and from water leaking everywhere inside our fridge) So, that’s awesome our electricity bill is going to go up exponentially. NOT to mention, I was 9 months pregnant and tried and tried to get them to fix our problem and was told different things from each person I talked to on the phone getting nowhere. Finally had our daughter, and the fridge was leaking even more and obviously couldn’t clean it up 3 times a day having to take care of a new born and not being able to get around easily because I was healing. Finally, our fridge is fixed and we were told they would grab the extra 2 fridges in here the day our fridge was fixed. What a surprise, didn’t happen even after being told by 2 different people they would be picked up.

Simply put, I am in the construction industry and needed a place to rent short term out in Beaverlodge and they made the process rather painless. Their team made things simple with online docusigns, gave a wicked little move in care package with a small adjustable tool and toiletries, and during my recent move out were honest and realistic with the environment/conditions of where I rented. No hassle or confusions with the DD - Everything was pretty straight forward. Meanwhile others I work with stayed in another set of apartments with X realty team, and are fighting over nickels and dimes for their move out process. If my above mentioned comparison isn't enough to sway you towards this team then you may be going in blind as a customer.

Not only did they lie and manipulate me out of the house I was living in. But they stole my damaged deposit and created reason not legit to charge off it. Mostly from the damages they refused to fix before I moved in so they took my money as a single mother to fix it. Worst place in grande prairie!!! They need to be be shut down!!! Its so illegal what they've been doing to people!!!

Rented a room place and it was over priced don’t really do maintaince of the housing . Staff is nice but management is greedy and cheap will get on anything from price to dmg deposite wouldn’t recommend or bring camera before moving in and do walk through with look and look at every crack for spec of dirt !

They will lie minpulate and steal from you until they can't anymore!!!! Not only did she lie to my face about coming in to sign a new lease then having to move ON HALLOWEEN with my five year old. They blamed the damaged from previous tenants on me and used my damaged deposit to fix what they should've but never did the whole entire time I rented. If you want to be scammed go to Angie worst agent I've ever seen in my life!!!!!! DO NOT RENT OR USE THEM TO SELL YOUR HOUSE YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!
