We valued Taylor's strategic approach to selling our home and his knowledge of both the area we were located in and the types of homes represented. He patiently walked us through his reasoning regarding listing price and what was happening in the current market. We appreciated that he didn't just talk at us. He listened and asked questions and used our feedback to market our home well. Taylor and his team at Hack&Co were excellent at communicating throughout the process of selling our home. Always friendly, easy to talk to and happy to help. You can tell they care about providing a quality service to their customers and that they are detailed in their approach. One aspect we really liked was that the team at Hack&Co followed up after showings to provide us with feedback. They asked realtors what their clients thought about how it showed, if they liked it, if it was in their top three and what their opinion was on the listing price. It was very valuable for us to know what potential buyers thought and we weren't left in the dark wondering if people liked it or if there was anything we may need to change to help it sell. Another thing we appreciated was that his team placed small signs around the home to draw attention to features of our house and property as well as the neighborhood that would be attractive to buyers. This kept the highlights of our property at the forefront of buyers minds when viewing it. Our experience with Taylor and his team at Hack& Co was very positive and I would highly recommend them. They are excellent at what they do, they care about their customers and they are always striving to provide thoughtful service.

I hired Ken Dumas after interviewing numerous other agents. He impressed me cause he presented all relevant materials needed to sell my house in an efficient and professional approach. I followed all recommendations Ken asked to follow and we sold our house on our first showing! That's really unheard of. He goes above and beyond with his approach. He instructs on what to fix in your house to appeal to the market. He works with an amazing team of brokers, agents and house decorators. I highly recommend Ken Dumas as your real estate agent.

Being a rookie to buying real estate I was really hesitant to talk to a realtor. I thought that if I did they would just try and push me into something that I wasn't quite ready to do yet. But I had a ton of questions and needed to bite the bullet and called The Platinum Team. I spoke to Shane Parent and he was really awesome. I am an excellent renter of a home that is for sale. Teresa Hall with River City Remax is the owners agent. When Teresa called to make an appointment to come see the place for selling price estimate, I pleasantly agreed and met her at my home. She handed me her realtor business card and explained she would do a quick walk through and that was all she needed. She immediately took her phone out of her pocket and proceeded to take pictures of my dining room wall (which I had painted with permission) I kindly asked her not to take any pictures, I have not signed any documents giving permission. She continued to take pictures of small property damage. Like railings and such-very insignificant. She claimed that she is taking these for the landlord. I asked her if she was here as a realtor agent or landlord? She continued to take a picture of the railing. I asked her kindly to leave and she refused to leave. I asked her over six times before my children started to get upset and come down stairs. She started yelling at me to "pay my rent" and laughed stating, "you are making this so hard on yourself." I am a single Mom of two girls and my hardship is none of her business. She humiliated me in front of my young children and scared them deeply. I had to keep asking her to "please leave, please leave" Teresa stood in my doorway smiling and shaking her head spouting about over due rent until she slowly put her shoes on and casually left. My Landlord is Teresa's friend; I did not know that. *I have NEVER been late on my rent before and I had already paid 85% of aprils rent on the first of the month, how did she know?. I felt bombarded and targeted. This was a horrific experience and I hope she doesn't ever have to come back to my home. I will gladly work with anyone from this firm except her, if I don't have to. I am not a dirt bag or a person who takes advantage. I work hard. I will make an official complaint. This was so unprofessional and adolescent. I'm absolutely shocked. I don't recommend Teresa Hall as a realtor.

I feel it is now time to share my home buying experience. I bought a house that we took possession of Oct 16 2014. The seller who also happened to be the selling realtor was Christian Obando of Remax River city. Part of the deal that he had on his feature sheet was that he was to finish renovations. When I went into my new home for the first time I found out that he DID NOT and that he had taken the light fixture out of one of the rooms. I contacted my realtor right away and he put me in contact with Christian Obando of Remax River city. He said he "forgot with everything going one to do these things" We agreed that I would leave keys for him to go into what was now supposed to be OUR home. When he did this he was to replace the light fixture and finish the renos. Christian Obando did say to me "he was going to use the same paint in the bathroom as the up stairs as it was the only paint he had left" I said no problem. I went to our new home to make sure the work was done to find that most was however the ceiling in our bedroom had 2 panels that did not get stucco to match the rest of the ceiling but were painted. I called Christian Obando of Remax River city and asked why the ceiling was not stucco. He said I told him it was ok to paint it. I made it very clear that was never discussed and that I wanted our ceiling to be done the same in al of the bedroom and that he should know that being a realtor no one would buy a home with most of the ceiling stucco and 2 panels painted. I told him it needed to be done by the next day at noon as I had all our stuff being moved in and I am not able to move the bedroom furniture on my own once its in as it is very heavy and I want to be able to spend my first night in our new home in our bedroom. He then said he was going to make some calls to get the tools he needed to do the ceiling and would get back to me. A few hours later I received this text "I won't stucco the ceiling. We agreed yesterday that I would paint it white and that's what I did. I left Craig a voicemail regarding this matter so you can follow up with him." I then spoke with my realtor and he told me that Christian Obando of Remax River City said "If I was nicer that he would have done the work". This has been a VERY unprofessional business transaction and would NEVER Recommend Christian Obando of Remax River city. Please make sure to spread the word so this does not happen to you or anyone you know. I also have pictures of everything if anyone would like to see before and after as well as copies of the feature sheet.
