Farid Hatam He has a listing in Coulee Park area. We also own the house in the Patterson just looking to buy a bigger house with three garages as currently we have only double garage. We gave a call directly to Farid Hatam for the showing. We got there but found him very unprofessional he didn’t let us to see the full house and told if you liked the upper level and looking to make an offer then I would take you to the basement otherwise no need to go to the basement. We were so surprised by his tone and remark decided to leave. We haven’t come across such a rude and unprofessional realtor before. Please avoid him for your dream house.

I bought a house from a seller that was being represented by this real estate company. First, their agent gave us the wrong information about the house mid-way through the purchase process (he casually said he mixed up details with another house and didn't accept any fault for it). Second, he waited until the very last day to provide details about the wire transfer for the deposit. Third, they didn't accept e-transfer payments and after multiple emails back and forth, I was forced to go to the bank and pay $60 out of pocket to make a wire transfer. I asked them to cover this fee because that's the cost this realty should pay for living in the stone ages, but they never responded... typical... you guys need to get your S*** together..

Don't do it if you don't want people to know

When you ask for the property assessment or for a real property report mr Kent wants an offer on the table first? How do you put a offer in if you don't know the assessment value \ taxes where the land goes are there shared items etc?This time I want a good experience and will wait for a different company to list one. If you are looking for a company to list your home these guys don't seem to want to do any work for the money they charge. Seller beware there is way better realtors out there that will go over the top to sell your home and give info that is needed to put an offer in. If you have them I would fire them for not working for you.

Was not given full info on a property we made offer on, paid for inspection and found out major road was being built there devaluing the property. We gave them another chance later and we had an accepted offer and then something shady happened and we lost the property. Found a honest agent and bought property with no problems. Go somewhere else.

I had a interaction with a broker from this Remax office. I phoned the broker Dave Eger to discuss. Dave did receive my phone call but did not seem to think that there was anything wrong with the agent's behaviour. He did agree to reach out to the agent to ask for an apology in response to my request. Agents vary in quality and integrity but Harman Rai took an opportunistic stance to what he may of thought was a person in a vulnerable situation. Fortunately I am not in a vulnerable situation and I have knowledge of property assessments. However in addition to wasting my time with a low ball offer his approach to me was dishonest (he showed me an inaccurate property assessment from the city, used a 1,300 sq ft house to come to my 2,072 ft sq house) and then even low balled that sale price! He told me my house was unlivealbe as part of his argument. This is absolutely untrue but the way he insisted on it was again and again not allowing me to talk it was a dreadful experience. This agency it seems condones agents browsing rental ads and soliciting people saying that they have a clients (in this case it turns out the client is related (suspicious?) that are interested in a property and then bullying people into selling for a low price with incomplete and inaccurate information. I believe this is behaviour that is dishonest and lacks integrity. So from this phone call it would seem that this agency condones Real Estate agents browsing Estate Sale ads to make low ball offers to individuals in vulnerable circumstances using inaccurate information and forceful tactics. I suspect preying preferably on the elderly and bereaved. Dave Eger from my short conversation with him seems to align with this being acceptable behaviour and he oversees many agents. A questionable ethical core to this agency. Google 'Harman Rai' to see my review on his Google business profile. BTW he says that he has no record of me. Again dishonest.
