This review is for the benefit of Ken Healey. I have been very fortunate to have a friendship with Ken and enjoyed his kindness and compassion for his customers and his generosity in allowing me to cook and cater to his clients; as a means of thanking them for their business. Thank you Ken!! I appreciate how much you care for your clients! Pat L'Hirondelle Parties By Pat

Quite possibly the worst service I have ever received. We went with a local elite agent in hopes to sell our home fast so we could begin building our dream home. At first Ken was wonderful, he responded quickly, was bringing people through to "show" our house without even having a contract signed. Needless to say the elite service stopped there. Once the contract was signed everything went downhill from there. During the meeting with him not ONCE did he mention he worked with a partner, or that she would be doing ALL of the showings on his behalf. Within the first 48 hours we had an offer come through, when he called us to present the offer he informed us they were expecting multiple offers that evening however his assistant let it slip to the other agent that was waiting on her clients to put an offer in, so the second couple backed out. After negotiating back and forth, we could not come to a deal. He then called and said he would be willing to lower his commission by $4000 to get us to accept the offer that was pending. After accepting it, contract signed, home inspection booked, we questioned him on the potential buyers and if they were qualified. Little did he know we have a security system that picked up the conversation of the showing from this couple. They had been looking at townhouses $100,000 below the price of our house, yet his partner brought them through the house anyways even though the husband said it was out of budget. He told us that he worked with the buyers agent multiple times, she was an elite agent herself and went as far as confirming with the mortgage broker to ensure they were qualified buyers. Roughly 10 days later the buyers backed out due to them "not understanding how much the mortgage payment would be". When I asked what he planned to due to fix this, as we lost all interest in our house from being marked as pending, he suggested we lower the price. His solution to everything was to lower the price. We informed him we were not going to do that, so he said he would host an open house. The next weekend his partner came to host an open house. Not once did our agent come to the open house or even show our house. Everything went through Samantha. If we had known we would be having her as an agent we never would have signed with Homes 2 Love. After the first offer fell through we went a month without hearing a single word from Ken. No feed back from showings, no checking in, nothing. We finally lowered our price slightly to go back to the top of MLS. That is when the second offer came in, again after sending our counter offer back through Ken, he NEVER once got back to us to even let us know the potential buyers declined our offer. In the end we ended up selling our house, after a offer came in $40k below asking, which he tried to tell us it was a good deal in this market. Thank God we listened to our gut and declined, resulting in the buyers putting a better offer in which we negotiated, and finally accepted a deal. I have never been so frustrated and disgusted.

Heartfelt thanks and appreciation to Ian Beattie and Norma Hodson for excellent service, honesty, loyalty and kindness in selling our condo in a rather slow market. Thanks to both for going over and beyond in arranging everything needed while Ron and I were ill. I strongly recommend these two terrific people to anyone needing genuine realtors. So glad our paths crossed. Forever grateful and wishing you continued success. Wishing all a Merry Christmas and good health. With thanks Ron and Judy Babiuk Edmt

I would like to share our experience with Michelle Chau; My husband works out of town from March to the end of Oct, he does not come home within that time so everything that happens is up to me to get it done. In May this year we decided to buy a house partly due to great prices and the very enticing interest rate. I wanted to see the house next door to me when it went up for sale because I thought carrying the furniture across a foot path was cheaper than a moving company so I arranged an viewing .Michelle Chau was the realtor who was there show me the house and property, she was prompt, polite and listened to what I liked about the house and what didn't appeal to me. After the showing Michelle gave me her card, we agreed that either email or texting worked for both of us going forward. I felt very comfortable with Michelle, she was confident without arrogance, polite without being stiff and she offered her assistance instead of pushing herself into my life during the stressful home search. I was honest with Michelle that I had until October to decide on a house so If she had more motivated buyers I would understand if we had to change appointments but she never did, she was always there on time and happy to see me. With every house I would share with Michelle what I liked, what my husband would like and what was not appealing to us, Michelle would store that information and the next house would have more what we wanted and less of what we didn't want. We had a little lull when I grew discouraged, for a few weeks, Michelle never harassed me in any way. My husband and I agreed to look into other communities and a little higher price, I called Michelle and we off again. We found the perfect house, Michelle took me back at least 3 times for me to wander around the house because I wanted to be sure and then the offers and counter offers started. Michelle gave me the names of 2 Mortgage specialist and the one I chose was just as patient and kind as Michelle. He understood that half the information needed for a mortgage was coming from my husband in the Yukon so it may not be speedy. Michelle was solid in the negotiations, she fought for us as hard as she could and we finally got down to an agreement and she still managed to get the price reduced by another $1300.00. She has never left us guessing, she never intruded, she was always on time, always pleasant, approachable, engaged, I just can not say enough good things about Michelle because she found our forever home.

I went online to attempt to book a viewing. Over the course of 5 days I was told: "Our mortgage broker will call you." Even though I have my own trusted agent. "We need proof of pre-approval by one of our representatives." I hadn't even met them yet & they expected me to divulge financial information? "She arranged to meet you at your house tomorrow so she can do an appraisal & you'll know how much you have to work with." I did not ask for this "service." I do not want strangers traipsing through my home - especially when uninvited. "You either need to reveal your financial information so we can verify it, or we can't work with you." No problem. I found a realtor eager to help the same day who got me into all 4 properties of interest & is helping me put in an offer on a $630,000 home. I also did not sign up for their email listing service. I was told I was added to their list as another "service." This is one of the pushiest encounters I've ever had. The client is not served by all these "services," ReMax is. It had nothing to do with helping me have a relaxed, comfortable purchasing experience. It's the biggest purchase I've ever made - there is enough pressure & stress already. I thought the point of hiring a realtor was to reduce stress, not INCREASE it. Seriously unimpressed & disappointed.

In this very challenging time of selling homes Alan Gee and his team went above and beyond to make it happen. I would most definitely recommend using them. You won't be disappointed.

Elite? Far from it. Worst real estate experience I have ever had. Signed a contract and basically never heard from the listing agent again, just his assistant. Brought numerous unqualified buyers through our home. Didn't even know he was working with a partner until she showed up to do our open house, not the listing agent himself. This was the first and last time I will be using an "elite" real estate agency. What a joke.

Wendy was great and was available everytime we called. Took alot of showings, but she found the house perfect for us. Wilson also was great for filling in and coordinating a faster showing. Great service. Highly recommend.
