We began looking for an acreage and called Darcy Powlik to assist us in our search. We were fortunate to find an acreage we really liked and were able to purchase the property. Darcy was integral in the selection/offer/negotiation/purchase process. His knowledge of the real estate market is exceptional as he guided us through the entire process. We are very happy with our acreage and everything that Darcy provided to us. I can say that after selling/purchasing 5 homes in our lives, to date, Darcy Powlik was the best real estate agent that we have ever encountered. Highly recommend Darcy Powlik Reality in your search. Looked at a property he was listing. Inflated price like his ego.Told him what we were willing to offer and the arrogance came through. He wasn't going to waste his time writing up a offer he felt was way too low and when we were serious about buying at the prices for his premium properties to call him then and ended the call.Talked-to a few other realtors and they just stated he was difficult at the best of times.Would NOT recommend him at all.
