Instead of any effort to advertise or look for potential home buyers be prepared for your realtor to just pressure you to drop the price of the house. Our realtor didn't advertise our house at all and we watched other realtors for different companies show pictures on facebook weekly of the same house. The most we got was our realtor shared it on their personal facebook with a joke about how close it was to pokemon go locations. Also when you have an offer be prepared for your realtor to do whatever they can to get rid of your house at the lowest price possible with no care about you going broke off the sale and not give reasons or comparables to why your house is the price it is. Go with century 21 you'll be a lot less frustrated with your realtor.
