Worst rental company in Grande Prairie! They're great when you are moving in but moving out is a different story! Watch out anyone who wants to rent one of their properties be sure to take detailed pictures prior to moving in because they will scam you out of your security deposit for normal wear and tear, as well they will say its filthy when it's been thoroughly cleaned to try and keep your SD.

Atrocious customer service. It doesn't matter how many times you call or email they do not get back to you. Repairs just simply do not get done. Your deposit will be taken from you no matter what you do before moving out. I had to call repeatedly for weeks. Yes weeks after moving out just to get my move out inspection done. When I was finally given my deposit back they had taken out amounts for lawn care even though I cut the lawn the day I moved out. It obviously grew back over the weeks i spent waiting to do the move out inspection and somehow that is my responsibility? I was told to email Niki to correct this. I've sent emails I've called. I've left messages. I've called the after hours office and left messages there. We are now past two months since I moved out and no one will get back to me. I will never rent from this company again and I suggest you don't either.

They need to post their hours better. On google it says they are open until 5pm on weekdays, staff have said they are open until 4pm and yet I have been there at 3:45pm before and the doors have been locked already. Now apparently they close at noon on Fridays even when it is rent day. Which is stressful when trying to pay rent. No where on the building does it say when their hours are and I am just a bit sick of going there during "regular hours" and the doors are locked. It would be nice if the hours were updated and posted at the business and those hours were stuck to.

They promise things to be repaired and installed before your move in date. 30 days in and nothing has been completed. Hours wasted waiting for contractors to no show or be late. I do not recommend renting from this business. July,2019 Update: i cant reply to your comment but I would like you to think about what you asked. How do you expect me to change my review when it takes you a year to reply and make amends. July,2020

We have been renting from Real Canadian Property for over 2 years and have never had a problem. One time we did have an emergency on a Saturday, we were able to reach them quickly and they had the issue dealt with that day. We have been very pleased with the service!

Worst company to deal with, as a landlord have had worst experience in dealing with the company staff. spending rent money for non non approved non emergency repairs, holding all the rent money into the company account. I won't recommend them. Landlords please share your experience as looking into taking a legal action against the company.

Absolutely no care or regard for tenants, entering my home without notice. Refuse to communicate, wont answer the phone, and ignore all messages left with their answering service. Just came home from work to find people in my house, and they dont seem to care at all. EDIT: Your answer does not address the fact they are in my house without notice.... I never said anything about them waiting until I'm home. But ty for completely ignoring what I've said, and calling you is a waste of time if you never answer or return messages

Would not reccomend the group at all . Damage deposit gougers and double dippers on the clean up contractors. Beware of all the different people you have to talk to.
