We really didn't think we would find something we would love in the tight price range we gave you and in such a short time but we absolutely love it and wouldn't be where we are without you! We had to work with so many realtors over the last two years and can happily say you're the only one we knew we 100% had to stick with from day one! The fact that you personally drove us around, listened to everything that was important to us, and were there for every call and hiccup along the way really made it a fantastic experience! So many others never lifted a finger or ever really listened to us, wanted us to sign a contract with them, but never actually actively looked for homes that fit our needs. YOU never forced us to commit but worked tirelessly to get us exactly what we wanted, and at $34,000 lower than asking price at that! This was our first experience buying a house together and we had the pleasure of working with Owen. He worked tirelessly to make sure we went and viewed all the new acreages available on the market to ensure we knew all our options. He was very knowledgeable about every property and was more than willing to drive us around for multiple hours all across the city to do viewings. When we finally found the one we wanted, it posed to be more of a difficult process than usual because it was a foreclosure, but Owen was persistent up until the day we locked down the house 3 months later. When we decided to list our acreage home and start looking for a new home in another town, Owen was the first person we called. Within a few days, he had our listing ready, complete with gorgeous professional pictures and an amazing promotional video, including drone aerial footage of our acreage. We have moved several times before this, but this time was especially emotional due to the hard work and love put into our acreage that we just had spent the last 4 years re-building just outside of my hometown. Owen was so caring and really understood that this was a hard decision for us to make. He took his time when looking for a new home for us, showing us anything we were interested in and researching the market and town we were relocating to. Our house sold within days of the listing being posted, and we were moved into our new home a month later. No matter what question, concern or support we needed, Owen was there for us. It didn’t matter what time of day. Relocating with small children is never easy, but Owen made the transition so smooth for us.
