She has knowledge in renovations and repairs especially when it comes to energy efficiency which was very helpful in our search. Oh Martha! How can I sum up our experience in this little review?! To say you've become an extended member of the family is not at all an exaggeration! You put up with all my questions, over and over again. You are gracious and professional. You walked beside me during the biggest, and scariest, purchase of my life. You navigated me through many obstacles. You were so attentive, I always felt like your only client! Late night texts, early morning emails, meeting the inspector, recommending a great law firm. Not to mention the multiple viewings of multiple homes with different family and friends. And ALL of this during the Covid pandemic! The market was difficult, volatile, and so much was unknown. YOU are amazing and wonderful and I'm forever grateful. And, I miss our daily chats. I'm sorry I'm so technologically challenged, that I could not get this review on Realtor.ca.
