Initially I was hesitant to use Lime Green as I had heard rumors that other realtors did not want to show the homes due to the commission structure. After meeting with Amanda I learned that this simply was not true and there was no loss of commission to the other realtors. Amanda's commission structure helped us to feel more secure with our transaction as this was a market where we were already taking a loss on the value of our homes and could not afford to lose more through the higher commission rates typically offered. The best decision I made, hands down was choosing Amanda & her team at Lime Green Realty to sell my home. I had bought the house privately from a friend a few years back so I'd never enlisted a realtors services before, but after researching Red Deer sales & agents, Amanda was the clear choice to represent me. From our initial meeting to view the house and discuss market conditions, it was clear that Amanda was very knowledgeable of the local market and helped guide me through the selling process. After that meeting and signing Lime Green to represent me, it was a blur, as within 2 days Candace was here taking the listing photo's (which were beyond compare, I even joked that with the quality of her pictures she should do our wedding photo's), then it was straight onto the market on September 14, 2019. From the first day it was on the market we had numerous requests for viewings, it was amazing. in the 13 days it was on the market (that's right, it only took Amanda 13 days in this housing market to sell my house within my asking range), Amanda and her team were constantly keeping me updated with responses from showings and maintained the upmost professionalism. I was away at work when Amanda phoned me to inform me of an offer, and after a few back & forth communications will the buyers agent, Amanda sent me a signed purchase agreement at 10:50 pm. Sold my house for 98.9% of asking price in 2 months. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because I lived in a condo complex and had to requests my own documents once an offer was made. They do give you a list of what you'll have to provide but it's very generic and the description may not match the terminology used by your corporation, or may not even be applicable for your specific situation. You have to sort that out yourself. I had asked if I should start requesting those documents when my unit went up for sale and was told to wait for an offer. My offer came with only a 5 day window to remove conditions so I had to rush all my documents which costs extra. Besides that, was good.
