Well first off they sold my house so I give a star, but we will end the positive things there. When we first decided to sell our house we had a few differant agencies come in, we were very impressed with Carson and Viviannas presentation so we decided to go with them, that's where the good service unfortunately stopped. They told us they would FIGHT to get the most for our property as possible and being a team we would have someone always at our disposal for questions or advice... NOT true at all, the second they found the buyer they became ghosts, never heard from them at a sellers stand point, always pressuring and almost bullying us to do what the buyer wanted. We got the first offer which was a total low ball and the house wasn't even on the market for a week, Carson did everything he could to make us drop our pants and take the offer, I refused and got more money for the house no thanks to him, so him saying he will fight for every dollar was a lie, he seen money and that was it, haven't heard from Vivianna at all at this point, she said once Carson found the buyer I couldn't contact to talk to her anymore.. I have the text.. When we finally came to a conclusion we literally heard nothing from either of our "team" unless it was regarding ridiculous demands from the buyer. One was telling us we have to let them into the garage to remove drywall panels for inspections before they even owned it because it was in the contract which it never was, and when I sent it to my lawyer that was the end of the conversations. They paid for some insulation being sprayed in the attic because they knew I wasn't going to drop one more cent and to spend 800 bucks when you have 14k commission coming is a no brainer, so they get a second star. We had a cleaner come and clean every room but she didn't do the laundry room, Carson couldn't even sweep up one small room for us as we moved to Edmonton, made us have our cleaner go back and sweep. We haven't heard a word from either of them since the house closed, other than asking things for the new owner, no Thank you for the 14 grand, no nothing, beware... if you are a seller and they find the buyer your best interests will not be in their minds. They will tell you things to make the sale easier for themselves and lose the seller money.. huge disappointment. I also have all the bullying texts and excuses if anyone would like to see them..
