For months, I had hard time selling my place with a realtor and I almost gave up. Luckily and thankfully I met Jim from Remax who helped me sell my house in less than a month. Wow What a difference between a good realtor (Jim) and incompetent realtor. I saw all the extra effort that Jim put in, trying to expedite the process of selling, from involving heavily in photo taking session, to extra touch in setting up my house, and also setting a realistic pricing. I also like how honest he is. I strongly recommend Jim for anyone who are interested to sell or buy. You won't regret hiring him. He is one of the best realtor I ever meet.

Jim is an all star realtor!!!! A coworker of mine passed on Jim’s info to my girlfriend and I. As soon as we reached out to Jim it was obvious that he was dedicated and knew what he was talking about. Initially he walked us through the home buying process step by step as it was our first time purchasing a house. He was extremely knowledgeable and helped answer all of our questions. It only got better. My girlfriend and I were unsure what exactly we were looking for and where we wanted to live. Jim took us from viewing houses in multiple cities all the way to nailing down our final purchase. Jim always provides us with positive advice and pointers always pointing us in the right direction. It took between 1.5 and 2 months for us to make our first offer and Jim never made us feel rushed or like we were inconveniencing him. He was always available and responded to us almost instantly answering any question we asked. Jim made the transition process very easy! A few issues arose when we first moved in and Jim had them resolved within a day or two taking all the stress off of my girlfriend and I The BEST part about working with Jim is his passion and amazing personality. Every time we were with Jim it was a great time. He is full of energy and just generally fun to be around. Jim made our experience positive and as long as he is in the real estate industry we will recommend and use him. I have already recommended him to my mom to help sell her house. I highly recommend Jim as a realtor if you're looking to sell or are a Canadian forces member who is dealing with a posted move. Jim made the whole process easy with selling the condo. He takes the time to offer tips and always sends info your way if you need help (like staging, what condo docs to prepare, papers to fill for BGRS, etc). Even after selling our condo Jim sent us multiple info sheets on how to prepare for the move. He's not looking for a quick commission and listens and offers advice; he's there to help and it's a nice change from typical realtors. He would always give us the chance to discuss and provide our input on the house prior to him providing a professional approach along with a resale focus. For 15 months I casually looked at real estate on my computer and every now and again I’d find an amazing deal and proceed to call the real estate agent, only to be waiting for 3 or more days for them to call back or never call back at all. That all changed when I met Jim Dhillon. It surprised me how quick he answered his phone the I first time I called and he’s been surprising me ever since. I’ve owned a multiple places for the last 30 years and Jim is the most reliable real estate agent I’ve ever had and I couldn’t ask for anyone better. After walking me through a few places, I just knew I found my realtor, someone who loves his job and works with honesty and persistence, someone who I can trust to help me buy my new home and sell the old one. I own a very beautiful Catahoula/Labrador dog who I love dearly and would never part with, she is a fairly large dog that was almost impossible to get into any of the places I was looking at because of her breed (which is banned in most places) and her height. Whenever I’d reveal my dog and her looks it would always seem to be a hard no which would break my heart and send me into another tedious hunt in looking for a perfect home for my family. Jim amazed me when he wanted to keep working on getting me this one townhouse that I desperately wanted, saying that he, “Hates giving up,” even though they refused to let my dog in because of their restrictions. He persistently worked for 5 days with us and the definite no turned into a 50/50 vote between the condo board members. Unfortunately, the last vote was the Condo Presidents and the deal fell through but he proved to me he’ll keep working hard no matter circumstances. With the new deal we found, he’s been as great as he was the last deal. He’s been relieving my worries and concerns and many of the problems I’ve been facing regarding real estate. If you want a realtor who takes his work seriously and gets the job done, Jim Dhillon is the realtor for you. Working with him to buy a place has made this big lifetime purchase so much easier and interesting that I can’t wait to work with him again in the future. I can’t thank him enough for all his hard work and dedication.

Jim recently helped us sell our parents home and was extremely informative and always very responsive to our many questions. Our dad has had to move to a long-term care facility and Jim helped us through the process of selling his house. Jim really went above and beyond to accommodate my Dad by going to his facility on multiple occasions so he could sign the paperwork for the sale during the Covid lock down.
