He made everything very easy for us, explained everything every step of the way, and was an amazing advocate for us. He truly wanted the best for us. He was always available, very easy to reach. We found Dave and Jen via their website, and met Dave at a house we thought we were interested in. Dave really helped us walk through what we wanted, what we needed, and lots of points we hadn't considered before. The portal of houses they use is very easy to use and helpful. In the end, Dave helped us find the house perfect for us and the rest was a breeze. Dave did all the heavy lifting and kept the rest of the team informed and communicating. Will use them again!!

There are also a ton of these flyers blowing around in my neighborhood, which presumably come from the doors of other people in the area. It's 2018...learn some better marketing techniques, respect peoples wishes (like obeying the signs they put up), and stop polluting the city.

I have found in the past that agents would get tired of you or try to convince you to get a house you don't want so they could move on or make a sale.
