She basically held our hand through the entire process and answered our questions quickly. She was the perfect liaison between us and the sellers. After possession, we found that the fridge was no longer working. She went above and beyond to locate an after hours repair tech for us and paid to get the fridge components replaced the next day. It wasn’t a small or cheap repair bill, but she took care of it for us. We are extremely pleased with how simple she made the entire transaction, despite some last minute financing hiccups on our end.
