The staff is always super professional and easy to talk to and work with! I deal with Jamie a lot through my job, and she is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I have a rental property myself, and while I decided to manage it myself for now, when I spoke with Jamie and Kris about my options to have them manage it for me, they were amazing, informative, professional and made me feel very comfortable. I will not hesitate to send any business their way, as I know they will keep anyone in good hands.

Due to some unforeseen circumstances, we were rushed into finding a new place to live and found some beautiful rentals on their website. Kris Waye helped us find our new home and made the whole process a breeze. Kris was very professional, informative, and was willing work with some of our special requests to ensure we got the right place for us. I'm very happy with Kris and his team at Grassroots and would recommend them to anyone. When it finally comes time to buy, I know who I will be asking for help.

A family I am closely connected with have been dealing with unreasonable neighbors since they moved in. They have tried to work directly with the neighbors but it fell flat. Trying to get to an understanding with them, the family reached out to their landlord to help get to some common ground. Due to their "complaint" they are now faced with a non-renewal and have to uproot their family to a new location because they were trying to find some common ground. This is absolutely outrageous and do not wish this kind of action on anyone especially during these trying times. Be careful with this property management establishment.

Kris and his team have always been very responsive to any phone calls or emails. They provide me with thorough explanations and can always provide me with any paperwork I need. I've been renting out my property through them for almost 2 years and I don't have to worry about my place getting trashed, or renters not paying fees due to their advanced screening process and quick and effective responses if rent is not paid when it is due. I couldn't ever imagine trying to rent my property out on my own. They do everything for me! I don't need to worry about calling plumbers or getting calls from tenants at 3am, they take care of all of that for me, and always inform me if there may be a larger expense or something that needs attention.

Don’t believe their positive reviews. They’re all made up by the workers themselves. One of them called Jamie is as rude as anything you can think of. It’s a discriminatory company. Interested in your money than the tenant . They care less about tenants

These guys approved us in April to rent through them. Have amazing references. They claim there is stuff on our credit history that prohibits them from renting to us. The same stuff that was there in April. But yet they can't give us an explanation as to why it was ok in April but not now. Won't speak to us, just claims it's their decision. I wouldn't recommend them for a rental or to list my property for rent through them. They seem to have a lot of property for rent that isn't being rented and I can see why. They could be costing you income on your property unnecessarily.

You don’t want to deal with their level of rudeness. They’re all rude and can easily make up lies about you to retain your deposit and charge extra. Avoid them by all means!

Completely unprofessional. Look else where. They're nice when you first meet them then they don't help you at all. People can break leases, harass your family and get away with it if you live in the same building.
