Wouldn't recommend it. I think they are running short of staff. When to just have a consultation required you to wait a week to talk to them, well I can find more interested vendors thank you very much.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Offer assist is THE WORST. Our Realtor, Som, Angered other realtors, almost cost us a sale, argued with us every step of the way and was as unhelpful as can be. We wanted a refund halfway through the process after the first offer collapsed and they would only give us 50% back. I'm still angry. Thank god our lawyer was so good. Som made mistake after mistake that would have hurt us badly in the paperwork. Our lawyer caught everything. Andrew Cao is an amazing Realty Lawyer that helped us out every time Som messed up our paperwork and he caught every one of his mistakes!

ComFree is the cutting edge of real estate sales! They know that buyers are doing their own research online, and that good photos are the most important thing to grab a potential buyer's attention! Thanks to the great advice and photos taken at our initial appointment, we sold to the first person to view our home!

Drew Allum with comFree in Calgary helped us with the purchase of our first home and we were very happy with his service. The one issue I had was with their so called "professional realtor agents" that came to our home. She was 20 minutes late for our first consultation, didn't apologize for being late and had a bad attitude. It was a terrible first impression but I decided to stick with them anyway. Customer support service on the 1-800 line was amazing and made up for the initial bad experience. Definitely a good idea to list with comfree.

We are so happy we used ComFree. We tried selling our acreage on our own for 3 months in the fall, but couldn't get a deal. We signed up with ComFree at the end of January; not a good time to sell an acreage in Alberta! Not only did we sell in the worst winter we've seen for a while, but we saved over $12,000!
