The short review: Tristan is awesome. Get her as your realtor and don’t look back. The long review: Tristan is super hard working and very responsive. Even a 15 hrs time zone difference won’t be an issue for her. She will take note of what you are looking for in a house and make sure you will find that house. And she is just a pleasant person to be around. So yeah, get Tristan as your realtor and don’t look back.

After being frustrated with another realtor, I was recommended to reach out to Tristan Mula at Coldwell Banker. Tristan went above and beyond to understand our needs and helped us throughout the entire process. As the process of selling a house can be stressful, Tristan was always positive and kept us well informed about everything that was going on. We ended up selling our home above our asking price. We were very glad we had Tristan to help us out and we would definitely use her services again.

Thank you to Ivan of Coldwell Banker Venture Realty for selling my University friend her first home on Hooke Road. This has resulted in hours of jokes about her being a Pirate. When my long-time friend Andrea moved to Edmonton, my Wife and I quickly recommended Ivan. Ivan was helping us through our own home shopping experience. Personally, I had been through a handful of home purchases and sales through some good and some not so good real estate agents, so I quickly recognized Ivan not only as a professional, but someone I was confident recommending. Thanks to Ivan, my friend Andrea to become a first-time home owner. While shopping for a new home can be intimidating, and closing can be stressful, Ivan took great care to help Andrea find the right place, and even make it fun! Ivan even convinced the seller to take reject an offer they had already accepted. Andrea easily moved in early this year. Shortly after my wife and I found our perfect home. Ivan truly made the shopping fun and enjoyable, but when the negotiations came around is when the gloved came off. Ivan negotiated a significant price drop on our dream home. It was clear pretty quick that Ivan was setting the terms. We easily hit our target purchase price conditional on sale of our existing home. That’s when disaster struck…. Or so we thought. We ended up listing with Ivan during a record high number of listings in the region. A buyers’ market. We nervously watched many stale listings go unsold in our neighborhood, even the same floor plan on the same street. Ivan carefully researched the market and came up with pricing strategy. We listed competitively and waited. Ivan aggressively marketed the house and chased leads. Where some houses on my street were listed for over a year, Ivan found a buyer in weeks and he negotiated a price higher than our target without conditions. Ivan will take care of you. If you look around you may find an agent as good, but certainly not better than Ivan.

Our realtor, Patrick Stewart, was not the best. There were very specific things that we asked him to do which he did/did not do which put a very big strain on my family as well as the family buying our home. Another HUGE issue is that the family buying our home was given the address to our new house, I know this because the father of that family showed up at my doorstep to collect something. VERY unprofessional and I will be contacting the group for this. Had it been another realtor that had shown up it would not have been a big deal. Since it was the family that had bought our previous house it begs the question, who told them my new address?
