I’m posting this because the way a business treats their employees is the way they do business. I was a contractor for Rob Vanovermeire and his agent Darren Ethier and they haven’t paid me for work completed and are ignoring all communications. Rob owns the brokerage and assured me that he was embarrassed by Darren’s behaviour and proceeded to not deal with this as well. If you’re looking to make the such important purchase there are tons of choices - don’t choose these guys.

I can honestly say that their broker Rob Vanovermeire must be doing a lot of things right because everyone I've worked with has been extremely knowledgeable and full of honesty and integrity. They truly do have their clients best interests at heart!
