Signed a second year lease, early. That is how much I love this complex. For you bad reviewers, I wonder if perhaps you were not an ideal tenant, late on rent, etc. Always a few sides to a story. I encounter transients and less then desirable people no matter where I am. Even in lovely st Albert, voted one of the nicest towns. I walk all around this area with my dogs, all hours, as my job keeps me late at times. Met amazing people. Not once have I been worried living on a ground apartment. What a great place to have a well behaved pup or cheerful children. It's a family building, kids are all safe around here, they have a daycare right there, beside the office. The management, I can't say enough good things about Nicole. She is half the reason this place rules, and that is because she takes care of, and goes above on any issue I've vented at her or likely unknowingly yelled at her. So patient. The other ladies are newer, but just as pleasant. Your encouraged to make it home, have plants, grow veggies. Just respect each other! Throwing garbage or butts off your balcony does not make the complex gross or at fault. It's you that is gross. This place has been absolutely wonderful, and I am 100% a tenant, who received no incentive or initiative to write this, other then, I truly love this place, they have treated me so well. I have no plans to leave Boardwalk until I buy a house, years away. Call Morningingside, they have suites! Hurry up, they go fast. They are spacious, updated and well priced.
