I had signed on with Courtney Atkinson to sell my house recently and they didn't do the job. Then recently I went with a different Realty. Yesterday one of the Realtor's from Courtney Atkinson Realty team had booked a showing to see my house. My renter was home sick all week but did accommodate this realtor and left before the booked time. When she came back at 1:45 the realtor showed up to show the house. He was 45 mins late to do the showing which inconvenienced my sick renter who had to wait outside even longer for them to view the house. I feel that was very unprofessional and it not only upset my renter, myself but also the prospective buyer. I would NEVER recommend Atkinson and Associates to anyone. I don't even think they deserve the two stars I gave them.
