Even though we didn’t get to use the full service as there was issues with the seller. They were right on top of everything and very eager to help and extremely responsive. I recommend them to anyone from any angle whether it be buyer or seller! They will find a way to help!

Morris Tkachuk was the selling realtor for a house we purchased. On possession day, he refused to allow a walk through and delayed releasing the keys for 2 hrs. When we finally recieved the keys, the window coverings were NOT the coverings viewed when we made our offer, sent letters and no reply. Shady to say the least...

I sold my Cochrane townhouse through David Weber, and have nothing but good things to say about him. His estimate was close to what I ended up getting for it - I erred on the side of listing higher price because it wasn't a rush and there weren't any direct comparables, but I appreciated David didn't pressure me to list it lower. Nor did he pressure me to cave on a lowball offer (it sold quite quickly once the renters were out and the place showed much better.) He was very communicative, proactive and transparent throughout the process. As for the 2% Realty business model, I think it's great. Particularly in the entry-level price range, the commissions are significantly less on a relative scale than the traditional 7%/3% model, but they were still as diligent and attentive as I hoped. My lawyer did a double-take when he was going through the documents; he assumed the buyers didn't have a realtor based on how low the commissions were! I've sold two places privately before, one on kijiji and one though Comfree/Purple Bricks. This sale went very smoothly and I would lean towards going with 2% Realty over a private sale in the future (and certainly over other realtors.)
