My therapist would talk about only about politics and directing away from issues I was having that week. This culminated into changing my schedule from twice a week to whenever. I ended up missing too many appointments due to no reminder calls, my own inability to remember things, and the fact that my appointments would be sometimes once a week or once every 5 months. My mental health degraded being here.

Kathryn decided to do a no call no show on me after I drove from elizabethtown to york and wasted 2 hours of my time that I could have been trying to do my school work which I've been struggling with due to concentration issues, the reason I was there! Now I have to wait two more months just to get seen, so now she is messing up my schooling, work, and social life. Thanks for wasting my time!

Everyone is friendly and office is clean.. Very professional atmosphere. I've been there several times now and look forward to going. Its been a good experience so far.

Our 1st time here today with our 6 year old son. We are having some testing done for ADHD and we saw Karen she was wonderful answered all our questions helpful and so good with our son! I would highly recommend Karen to a family that is new to illness or just looking for information or to be pointed in the right direction! ????????????????????????

I have waited 1 month for papers to be mailed to my house and when I requested it to be resent to my email, speed up the process, they couldn't do it. This is 2021 people ????. This frenchise is supposed to accommodate to the customer not make the process painfully long. Long story short, don't waste your time. There is a reason they are under 3 stars.

The counselors are awesome. Great communication between staff, child(ren) and parents. Being the parent of a child who attends Philhaven, I highly recommend then for your child's psychological and emotional needs.

Wellspan has some decent medical facilities in the york area, but when it comes to psychiatric treatment they are mediocre at best. For example a psychiatrist named Dr. Bouzgani use to work there. This guy is confrontational, rude, un professional, and just plain not nice. If you look at this facility on a map you will see that its next to the york county prison. This Dr Bouzgonie also saw many patients from the prison. I guess prison shrinks can act that way but I chose not to see him anymore.
