Dana Vyse is amazing. She intuitively knows how to make me feel better. I had severe head trauma a few years ago and suffer from migraines as a result. With Dana's help I have decreased the frequency and intensity of them. She is a miracle worker. Thanks for all she does.

I have been going to see Carli ( The Stretch Girl) for my FST now for a little over a month (3 sessions so far) and I highly recommend getting this done! I'm a hairstylist and suffer from a lot of body pain and since seeing Carli my pain has decreased. Carli makes you feel at ease, comfortable and explains how the stretching works to help in terms anyone can understand. Everyone in the establishment has been friendly and very welcoming to me when I go. I love the little touches around the different rooms and I love the little sample bag of Epsom salts I can take home with me to use later on. Check out all they offer here!

I don’t know where to begin to say how much I love this team. It starts with a beautiful, warm and inviting environment. I started seeing Rebecca for massage and acupuncture last year when I moved to Woodstock. She is simply amazing. Very thorough and knowledgeable. She has transformed my health and mental well-being. I also see Carli for FST and she is the best!! She introduced to me to FST and has been a game changer. It is such a great thing to do for your health on top of all of the other great services offered by the team. As I recently said to a friend, if I moved away I would still travel to Woodstock to see these lovely ladies because I’m 100% positive I would never find anyone as good as them.

I contacted Rebecca and she got me in so very quickly with RMT Dianna who was just lovely. She made me feel so comfortable and relaxed and when the session was over, I felt brand new and could go back to teaching feeling renewed and regaining a fair range of motion in my shoulder again.
