Very rude staff. Denied to handle a file due to not coming in and signing an OCF form. Very irresponsible for a patient dealing with depression. Will file a formal complaint with College of Psychologists of Ontario.

Dr plonknik is a very good listener he takes time to understand you and your traits. He and I can guarantee he takes his work home with him for the better of the patient. I have seen a few psychologist and you leave feeling no better than you started. Me I found that after my meeting s that as I would walk home I was left feeling better than I originally felt. Anyways hope u see this doc you did me well thnx.
