Had one appointment with this psychologist then she went on vacation, had her office remodeled while we waited for an appointment. We showed up to two appointments and her office was closed both times. She informed me that she left a voice-mail on my cell. She did not. I keep all logs and voicemails for one year. I have no record of this phone call. She closed our file without informing me and has now informed she is not accepting any new patients. Terrible customer service. Horrendous follow up!
