Saw a professional here only to later find out they weren’t registered in Canada and and weren’t covered by my health insurance. When I complained the owner claimed I was made aware of this risk by their admin staff, who I never met and who never called me. I’ve since been informed that counselor isn’t with them any longer. EDIT: based on the response from the business I’d like to add that the owner made no effort at the time of incident to rectify the issue, but when he realized my review was getting attention a year later, contacted me and offered to pay for a therapeutic session with my chosen clinician to take the review down. I refused the bribe because he only wanted to rectify the issue to eliminate a bad review, and not because it was the right thing to do.
