The experience and insight that Ebony has brought to our sessions has been truly valuable. I have been able to work through some significant historical personal and family trauma and see how my developed habits and patterns have shaped my relationships. Her approach to asking what I want for each session feels empowering. Ebony has been able to accommodate online and in person sessions. Her therapy space is warm, comfortable and relaxing. I also like the flexibility of being able to meet online if I can’t make it in person. It is clear she takes her professional development seriously and her development as a Neuro Affective Relational Model (NARM) therapist has been transformative to the work we’ve been doing together.
