I have been working with Kimi Combow-Gill for the past 9 months, with a focus on EMDR and it has helped immensely in my recovery. When I first was recommended therapy, I knew I wanted to work with a female therapist because of the issues I was dealing with at the time. I had major anxiety, panic attacks and depression and the work that we have done together has been life changing. I am not the same person that walked into her office 9 months ago. We have a lot more work ahead of us, but I feel confident in recommending Kimi's services for anyone who is seeking help with dealing with anxiety, depression and past trauma's. Kimi is a miracle worker! After years of trying different counsellors, I was so relieved to finally get to work with someone who was able to get me results. We did EMDR and a few other techniques that were each fitting for the specific issues at hand. One crucial factor was that Kimi kept a spiritual outlook on the forefront for me, knowing that it is an important part of who I strive to be. I always left each session feeling positive, and able to move through change. She gently brings about awareness of self, and offers compassionate and sustainable strategies.
