My gosh, where to start. Jennifer is an awesome counsellor. She's been a true advocate both being nothing short of being supportive and guiding me through the process through ICBC after my accident. Although I will never be where I once was, she is nothing short of amazing; encouraging me and holding me accountable to what I must do to move forward in my life. Thank you Jennifer for all that you do.

I also would leave a zero if possible. She is unprofessional and although she accepts all clients at any time she takes advantage of the weak and vulnerable... messaging and calling my spouse outside of business hours for unrelated issues... disregarding all confidentiality ( which is studied in school) she doesn’t care what she says or does and hurts everybody more than when me spouse and I started. Tried reaching out for a RCC therapist # and was unsuccessful so Client beware and watch out!

If we could leave a “zero” rating we would. Jennifer was a terrible counseller, none of her services were covered, we questioned whether she had proper training if extended health benefits would not cover her services. We went for marital counselling (which got us nowhere) and after one huge fight, she had the audacity to encourage my husband to leave me. We have been stronger than ever since ceasing seeing her and her “services”. I wish her well as I am not a spiteful person but do yourself a favour and see an actual professional (who has an actual office, shows up on time for appointments, and does not cancel last minute), as well as trying to help couples work through the hard stuff vs encouraging one spouse to flee when times were hard.

Jennifer really brings a new and valuable perspective to everything that I’m going through! The environment in which she has created makes me feel so comfortable and at home; this is so helpful to me in terms of opening up! I really appreciate her openness! I know that I can share anything with her without fear of judgement! As hard as it can sometimes be to talk about the issues that you are going through, I have always left my sessions feeling better about myself and like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders! Jen has always been very warm and welcoming and makes you feel comfortable just like home when you go to see her. The calm and soothing environment that she has created allows you to feel safe to open up and express whatever you feel you need to discuss. She has helped me in so many ways this past year and i cannot thank her enough because i do not know where i would be now if it was not for her. I would recommend her to anyone in a heart beat. She is one of the most sweetest and caring people I have ever met!

I have been seeing Jen, she took the time with me over the phone prior to meeting to understand some of my issues and I felt like I really clicked with her...then meeting her reconfirmed that. She is down to earth, professional and real. She challenges me and gives homework and/or suggestions to work on....which I like, as it has been very helpful. I will be continuing to see her and ever session I feel like I get a lot of out it in tackling my issues one by one to put my life pieces back together.
