Went here regularly for a few years and had good experiences but yesterday I booked a Thai massage with deep tissue and asked for a male masseuse because they usually have the strongest hands and today I ended up getting a swedish massage. He didn't take direction well and I couldn't relax because I wasn't getting the massage I needed to address my muscle tightness issues. Lily brushed me off when I reminded her that's what I asked for and she's usually quite pleasant. Maybe she was having an off day. Kind of hit and miss with this place. Feeling dissapointed. Also annoyed the masseuse picked up my glasses and dropped them and now they're scratched. ????

Nainie’s Thai Massage at Lily’s Health is absolutely incredible. She has magic fingers. Her incredible knowledge of the human anatomy and how the connections in the body happen really add to the experience. I love that i am fully dressed so that she can really stretch me and massage in areas that would not be “okay” without clothes on. You leave with an overall feeling of ease as she stretches and removes tensions from your whole body, every inch every muscle every knot in every ligament. She is part of my health routine. I recommend her to anyone who wants to feel amazing!

In a world where you have to wait days/weeks/months for appointments, it felt like a miracle that they fit me in same day. Very impressed with this place. Had a full body massage. Facility is clean. The staff are welcoming. Loved that they offered a cup of tea and a candy at the end of the massage. It’s these small things that make your day. Will be back!

I've been suffering from severe neck and shoulder pain for months. Went to different massage therapists who charged a fortune and weren't any good. Had a new masseuse at Lily's. Her name is Olya. She is new here and she is an incredibly good masseuse. She concentrated on my problem areas and gave me a very deep, therapeutic, healing massage. She worked my whole body too but spent a lot of time breaking down the tight knots in my neck and shoulder and upper body. She is also very friendly and pleasant. She is one of the best massage therapists I have had and I highly recommend her. By the end of the massage, I felt so relaxed and felt better than I had felt in weeks! Anna, at the front desk, is also a lovely, lovely lady. I just love to see her whenever I'm there.

I was in so much pain the first time I went to Lily's health. Angela was the gal that gave me my first massage so I continued to go to see her. I had been hit by a car and was suffering severe muscle pain even after my injury had healed. It did not take too many treatments before I was able to continue bowling and ballroom dancing with no pain. I call Angela my angel.

Very few sanitation steps took place from what I could see during this Covid pandemic. Pillows and blankets were placed on cloth chairs for reflexology without the ability to sanitize them. The practitioner frequently touched reusable mask and had her nose exposed at all times. Follow proper mask protocol. She also dipped her fingers into tiger balm without washing her hands, or separating balm for single use. I am certain cross contamination occurred. Not impressed.

Great place for a massage. The receptionists Lynn and Waliis are very kind and will give you a reminder call a day before your appointment. My therapist is Tuk been going for almost a year once a week. I do recommend Lily's Health Centre

AVOID THIS PLACE! In addition to a lack of COVID measures being taken to properly clean chairs and massage beds the owner (Lily) is nothing but rude - not only to her staff but also to clients. I have now tried this place a few times, as one of their massage therapists is quite good, but I can't in good conscience return. From finding hair on massage beds to being treated rudely I would highly recommend not going to Lily's. There is nothing Healthy about it. Furthermore, they charge you for official receipts, which should technically be illegal.

This is the best place for a massage. You can usually get in anytime you want. If you get Monica it is always the best massage. Tuk and any others are also great. I haven't had a bad experience there once and everyone is very nice. Really good prices too!

My therapist June is absolutely amazing. I have had both accupuncture and massages always for pain management and June delivers every time. The facility is clean and staff is friendly and welcoming I honestly am perplexed by the negative comments as it sounds like we are not going to the same place. I highly recommend Lily's and June. I have used the other therapists but June is always the my go to therapist if she is available.

I cannot say enough about how amazing this place is !. My husband started getting massages here and every time he came home he was so blown away by not only how good they were but how incredibly affordable as well. After returning from Turkey for surgery I needed a very specific massage (lymphatic drainage massage) and he told me to try Lilly’s. I had been quoted $175-$220 a session at literally everywhere else. When they quote me less then half of that I was worried if it was going to be done correct LOL. They literally nailed it !! My recovery has been so much easier from the help of Lilly’s and they are also extremely nice people who make you feel very welcome. Way to go Lilly’s

(Translated) I went to Nancy because I had problems with my back and because the usual massages didn't help, I chose acupuncture and after 4 sessions I felt much better. My husband is also with her to treat his injured Achilles tendon (soccer player) in addition to sports massages with acupuncture. We are both very satisfied and can only recommend Lily's Health salon. Nancy is also a registered acupuncturist. You can bill her for the sessions through the insurance company. (Original) ich ging zu Nancy weil ich Probleme mit dem Rücken hatte und da keine üblichen Massagen halfen, habe ich die Akupunktur gewählt und nach 4 Sitzungen ging es mir viel besser. Mein Mann ist auch bei ihr um seine angeschlagene Achillissehne (Fussballspieler) neben Sportmassagen mit Akupunktur zu behandeln. Wir sind beide sehr zufrieden und können Lily's Health salon nur weiterempfehlen. Nancy ist auch eine eingetragene Akupunteurin. Sie können die Sitzungen bei ihr über die Versicherung abrechnen.

5 Star for facility, ambiance and cleanliness. 5 Star for answering phone and timings. 2 Stars for extra soft useless massage. I ended my 1 hour of massage at 40 minutes. I did not see any point in laying around and being rubbed with oil without any pressure. If you are 60 years or older, I think this place is perhaps for you. But not for someone in his 40s who wants to get a deep tissue in hopes of quicker recovery from gym. I requested my masseuse to avoid an area, she spent the next 20 minutes on that specific portion I requested to avoid, in hopes of curing a 25 year old injury. BTW, I give her credit for good intensions and effort, thus the 2 stars for massage.

Best massage place I’ve ever been, staff is professional and helpful plus the facilities are super clean and spa oriented , their massage techniques are far better than a regular RMT, my back pain decreased in just one session, Jeff, Nini, Hans are amazing they detected all my problem areas and worked on these till my pain improved, you can book an appointment pretty much same day no waiting times at all. Thanks to all the staff and the delicious complimentary tea I got at the end of each session I definitely recommend this place to everyone who’s looking for an affordable truly healing massage ????

I discovered Lily's health spa in White Rock, BC about 2 years ago. I was a walk-in needing some pain relief from too much exercise. They fitted me in and I got the special reflexology and massage package. I was surprised at how reasonable their fees are. And the quality of massage was definitely a cut above any spa I had visited in the past, spanning a number of cities. Now I am a regular occasional customer and I've experienced good treatment from all of their staff, each of who have their own strengths, talents and background; they are present, mindful and skillful. It's an excellent place to go for relaxation and pain relief and it's well worth the money. Today I dropped in to Lily's feeling sore and stiff. I was assigned to Naini, a new lady from Thailand. What a gem! I was treated to deep and profound work on my sore muscles and walked out of the place with renewed spring in my step and my vision cleared up. Naini (I hope I spelled that right) was surprisingly talented and obviously has a broad background in bodywork. She also taught me the lady's way to say THANKYOU in Thai. KHOBKOONKHA Naini!

I went here quite a bit but twice in a row my masseuse (different people) mentioned I didn't tip enough. It was very unprofessional and I won't be back. Both massages were underwhelming and was mostly rubbing which is why I tipped the way I did.
