The 10-week program was amazing. I was coming out of a chronic illness and I was craving for more joy and playfulness in my life. It felt dark and heavy for so many years. The combination of being able to process the emotional stuff and then learning how to talk about my problems using humour was healing. Lizzie and the team provided a loving therapeutic and healing space without which this wouldn't have been possible.

I took their in-person course before Covid hit and have to say, I had the best time performing my first ever standup comedy set on stage in front of hundreds of people and all the people were so supportive! Lizzie and her team really helped me work through some of my stuff and I was able to put it into a different perspective and tell the world about it. I highly recommend Hilarapy to anyone looking to step outside their comfort zone and grow.
