Yoga Therapy is life changing. I attended 11 classes over 3 months. My body and mind are feeling amazing, the energy of both instructors is a true genuine gift to all they teach. I feel so fortunate to have found yoga therapy and learn techniques to heal my own neck & back pain and to get relief from a lifetime of TMJ pain. Yoga therapy has immediate benefits and can work for any fitness level. This class subconsciously made me carve out time for self care. After 3 classes I was beginning to consider what I wanted to change about my habits, 12 weeks later and the changes are now building a solid foundation. I am so happy with how things are progressing on all levels of my health and wellness.
