Intensive in-home counseling may have saved my child's life. Excellent counsellors in the office as well. If you can't find someone here to talk to you aren't trying.

I really love my therapist there. The people are always kind and I am getting a lot out of my appointments. Tina is great and always calls to remind me of my appointment which is awesome. I know they have recently re-organized or changed the therapies they offer. . Maybe that’s why there’s some negative reviews on here. But to me, it’s a great place and I’m really glad I found them. I would highly recommend this group to anyone who needs talk therapy. It’s really helped me so far. Plenty of parking also.

Great for single counselling therapy but when set up appointment for skill building waited two months then told the wait would be longer to find me a male counsellor although I was assigned appareantly a female counselor although I stated I have no preference, little did I know I would not get to speak with any counsellor since.. Idk why to this day: Just that messed up two months plus of my life skill building! Thanks.

I am completely disappointed...i was advised they were a great resource and they only ended causing more problems...do not call them for youth counseling it then becomes attack parents...the in home counsler did not address my daughters drug problem or school issues it solely became an attack on me and how i am not a perfect mother...i would not recommend this agency fo youth counseling what so ever.

I have been very happy with the services my daughter has received from Lighthouse. My daughter’s in-home therapist is a blessing. I have seen the changes in her already in the short time we have been working with them. Every interaction I have had with every person at Lighthouse has been positive and helpful. The supervisor even calls to check in with me! I strongly recommend this group.

Came in family home and acted sincere but only was interested in outcome of court case. Did not follow up for interest of child. Money was the main focus in Robin Jennings demeanor and she sticks to her gun about money being the best for young children not love from parents. Deceptive company in my personal experience.

Great company! We have had in-home services with 4 different companies in 6 years. I was getting ready to give up. My case manager recommended Lighthouse Behavioral Health Center and said that she has gotten really great results with them. I was skeptical but tried it anyway. To my surprise, it really was different. For the first time, I actually saw change. They went above and beyond and really knew what they were doing. Unfortunately, we thought we were going to have to end services a little early because our insurance changed, but the CEO approved the counselor to finish out as planned. I am still so thankful.

I called in December to get my two children in for counseling. It was right around Christmas and people were on vacation so I knew it would be a wait. I was called back in the beginning of January with a message that they were just gathering schedule availability from the counselors and I would be contacted back soon. Never heard from them again.
