I was really skeptical of counselling until I met this doc. He seems to know what he's doing and he really helped me a lot with my OCD and anxiety. I am not totally cured but I have practical tools that help me everyday. All I can say is don't believe the haters ????. See this guy if you want real solutions to getting your life back on track.
