Le service client que j’ai reçu n’était pas très chaleureux non plus, alors avec tout cela, je ne souhaite même pas avoir un échange. Malheureusement, je ne recommanderai pas. De nos jours en plus, où les achats se font surtout en ligne, je recommanderais à la compagnie de revoir son plan et de penser au client d’abord.

On ma simplement répondu que non et que ce service n'est pas une possibilité. Il m'a coûté plus de 35 $ DE SHIPPING DE RETOUR pour obtenir mon remboursement. C'est inacceptable et surtout je ne recommande pas cette entreprise, surtout au coût de vos couvertures qui à dépassé dans mon cas les 250$. En 2021, le service-client est primordial si on veut pouvoir se démarquer. Considérant que la grande partie des produits vendus par cette entreprise ont un poids importants, il serait NÉCESSAIRE d'offrir un service-client adéquat pour les retours qui dans ma situation, est un problème d'adaptation qui cause des malaises.
