As soon as you walk into Sofia's office at Lux Counselling Collective you feel at home! Sofias personality as well as her space makes you feel so calm, safe and at peace. Sofia has worked with my partner and myself for a little over a month now and it has been transformative! Sofia makes us feel so comfortable and confident exploring and unpacking our struggles while also shining a light on some hard discussions! Sofia makes you feel heard and valid in every situation.
