Excellent experience. Everyone from reception to treatment areas are courteous and helpful. The Physio-assistants worked their magic on my sore neck, with a great reduction in pain. Thanks to everyone at Great Lakes.

The staff all have different specialties. They are very friendly and helpful. I injured my back and they were very helpful in getting me back to myself.

I went this clinic today to ask for an assessment for Veterans Affairs for an injury. Reception asked for my blue cross card for witch I said they cant bill direct as stated on the letter that I was going to bring at the time of the appointment. I said the blue cross card is not a credit card and it's used for a specific purpose. I was then told either way I need 70.00! I made an appointment but went back later to cancel as it felt like a mind game and a money grab. As I can read, this wont make difference. Let it be on her conscience.

After talking with reception I decided to go else where. Never have I ever had the impression that somebody thought they were better then me like that lady. So very rude and unhelpful. Last time I set foot in there.

The receptionist is unprofessional. I'm new to Simcoe, and I contacted this clinic to ask about a free consultation. I also contacted other physiotherapy clinics in the area. The other centre's replied to me welcoming me to the area. They were very professional, polite and accommodating. They said they were sorry to hear that I was experiencing difficulties with my achilies tendon, and assured me they would do what they could to help. They also said the initial consultation was free of charge, and then we would go from there. The receptionist " Lori " at this clinic however responded to my inquiry in a very unusual way. Her reply was "Sorry Vanessa – no freebees. Initial consult is $80 with treatment." I was shocked someone would respond that way and emailed her back asking why she would communicate to a potential new patient in such a manner. She ignored me. " No freebees " ???? I mean who says that?!? Especially in that role! So I called the owner. Every time I called, she would say he was busy, and that she doesn't just " give every phone call to him " so I had to tell her " what the call was about " I said " it was personal " and that I'd call back. I called back again and asked her if I could again speak to the owner to which she said he was busy. I asked her what his name was. To which she replied " You don't even know the name of the owner?? " I said " What is his name " ?? I should not have to explain why I do or do not know his name!! It's none of her business! Again, so unprofessional!! I cannot believe she would be employed as an initial contact for client service. Finally I left my phone number and name for the owner to return my call. The owner eventually called me and apparently she knew what it was regarding when I left my name. So she told him about it before he called me. Apparently she told him to tell me " she apologizes for that reply " Yet she didn't apologize to me herself. Not even via email. The owner quite honestly really didn't seem to care very much. I'm assuming they must have enough business so they could care less about getting more. OR business is not going well and they plan to close up shop, hence their uncaring attitude Either way absolutely negative experience. Especially when compared to the responses from the other clinics. Complete opposite. Obviously I would NEVER go there, but as I said, I really don't think they care anyway. I doubt they care about anyone they see!! So bizarre.
