Came here for Dr. Xin Zhong for acupuncture. Professional treatments, friendly staff. Ended up seeing a massage therapist there too shortly after. Janelle is her name. She made me feel really relaxed I almost felt asleep but at the same time felt the effectiveness of the massage still beneficial personally. Clean place. free parking and they direct bill with no issues for me.

They did not know who was direct bill. Even though I called twice to conferm that they would direct bill to Veterans Affairs. When I showed up they said that it was a submitted claim. I would strongly sudgest that they get there front office up to speed. Each therapist here has their own rules and are sub contracted under the SToon RMT umbrella. Thry tried to plavmcate me a massage with a free treatment. Too little too late. I have informed VAC of the ussues.

I usually don’t write reviews but SoonRMt went above and beyond my expectations. I’d had booked a massage awhile back and they therapist wasn’t feeling too hot so she canceled on me. However the store owner Jenel fixed this issue and provided a complimentary massage. Hands down one of the best massage I’ve experienced. All in all no issues with direct billing although I was asked to pay in advance once before my treatment.

Great place. I've had massages from Shane and Sarah there. Both are great! I book with Sarah for general massages and my leg when it gets real bad due to issues with my IT band. Shane I will book with when I need deep tissue or pressure as he has gorilla strength in his hands. My favourite thing is that I don't have insurance at the moment, so when I went there I found out they actually have subsidized pricing for those without it.

I've went twice this month already to see Michelle, she is kind, intellectual and very attractive. Her pressure can be very strong but also soft as the same time. Deep tissues were definitely reached. If pressure is too much don't hesitate to tell her. When I left my 1 hour massage it felt as if I was high. I was so relaxed and pleased. Too notch massage. Hot towel on your back, Relaxing music, I felt like a king

Great place for massage and acupuncture. Christine Carrie was excellent at understanding what I needed to resolve some chronic back, neck and shoulder pain. She is very knowledgeable and uses a variety of techniques such as rapid release, shiatsu (pressure points), massage rollers and strong hands to make sure you are getting the right treatment. She is committed to long term resolutions for your health and plans accordingly. An added bonus is her great choice in relaxing music. I would highly recommend her. I had never tried acupuncture but I was glad I did and thankful it was Dr. Zhong. He makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. He is very gentle and makes sure you are okay throughout your treatment. He targeted chronic back, neck, and shoulder pain, and helped with my ongoing headaches.
